Krishna university is a state university established by the government of Andhra Pradesh in 2008. It is located in the Rudravaram, Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. UG eligibility criteria- Krishna university Admission

Education Requirement- students should have passed from Class 12th exam with suitable numbers.

Minimum Marks- If the candidate is a general one, then it should be that he or she must have scored 45% aggregate marks. However, the percentage is relaxed at 35% for the reserved category students. So, it depends on your aggregate performance in the 10+2 examination.

Entrance Exam Score- You need to score well in AP EAMCET. Furthermore, you have to perform exceptionally well in another entrance exam conducted by the university. However, this is additional to check your eligibility.

Scholarships for Social Categories (OBC, SC, ST) –

Eligibility- Candidates coming under the category of OBC, SC, and ST can also come forward for scholarships. However, in case their family income for a year is less than ₹2.5 lakh for SC/ST and ₹1.5 lakh for OBC.

Documentation Required- They will have to present certificate of income tax and caste certificate issued by the tahsildar i.e. the local revenue officer.

Merit Scholarships-

Eligibility- Students must score 85% or higher for their HSC (Higher Secondary) or SSC (Secondary) grades. Indeed, they merit this merit based scholarship.

Award Method- The scholarships are awarded either in a lump sum at the beginning of the graduate program. And also in instalments preceding each term.

Scholarship for M Tech/ME (Master’s in Technology/Master’s in Engineering)-

Offered by MHRD- The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) provides scholarships of ₹8000 to students. However, students need to qualified in the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).  A candidate can be eligible for more than two scholarships but can apply for only one.
